The short answer: $60 per adult, $30 per child, with a $500 minimum. But there's more to the picture — upgrades, deposits, tipping, and travel fees all factor in. This guide breaks it all down so you can budget confidently for your hibachi party.
Base Pricing at Pirate Hibachi
- Adults (age 13+): $60 per person
- Children (age 12 & under): $30 per person
- Booking minimum: $500 (before tax and gratuity)
These prices include the full meal (fried rice, hibachi vegetables, salad, and 1 protein) plus the 60–90 minute chef entertainment.

So for a group of 10 adults with Filet Mignon upgrade: $60 × 10 + $10 × 10 = $700 base cost.

What About the Deposit?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit is applied to your final balance on the day of the event. Payment methods: Cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
Gratuity: How Much Should I Tip?
Gratuity is not included in the quoted price and goes directly to the chef. Standard tipping for hibachi chefs is 18–20% of the food total. Our chefs work hard to entertain for 60–90 minutes while cooking for your entire group — good service deserves a good tip!
For a $600 party, a 20% tip = $120 going directly to your chef.
Are There Travel Fees?
Travel fees may apply depending on your distance from our operating area. For most locations within Panama City Beach, Destin, and 30A, fees are minimal or waived. Locations farther afield (Pensacola, inland areas) may incur a travel surcharge. Call us to confirm: (850) 961-6666.
